Belzer UW® Cold Storage Solution (University of Wisconsin Solution) is a clear to light yellow, sterile, non-pyrogenic solution intended for the flushing and the hypothermic storage of organs. The product has an osmolality of approximatively 320 mOsm/kg sodium concentration of 29 mEq/L, potassium concentration of 125 mEq/L and a pH of approximatively 7.4 at room temperature.
